Interaction & Experience Design

Research and strategy fuel my design process.

As part of that process, I consider how new experiences, services or products will operate in the contemporary cultural and commerical landscape. I envision new interactions by drawing on critical theory and tecnological imagination. I appraise the competition and look for opportunities to fill unmet needs or position an emerging brand.

The visual and material form of design governs our ability to use, understand and delight in our world. Core research, strategy and experience design inform aesthetics. These components of the design process aren't always sequential and they can come into play in every stage of a project, each evolving at a different pace.

Projects I've included here demonstrate a variety of experiences and skills. I've worked to highlight some of what I'm most proud of, but each is just a glimpse into a number of complex processes.
