Camellia George is Product Manager for User Experience and Consumer Privacy at Ninth Wave, a leading enabler of secure data connectivity between financial institutions and third-party applications. She represents Ninth Wave on the Financial Data Exchange, sitting on working groups for User Experience & Consent, Marketing & Government Affairs, and API & Data.
Camellia previously led multiple product teams as Director of Mobile Product Experience and Strategy at Infor, a global enterprise software firm. Before that she served as Head of Product for Venmo, where she managed the build and launch of Venmo's check out product, supervised integration with PayPal, oversaw the Venmo P2P platform, and led go-to-market efforts across all Venmo products. She holds a bachelor's degree from Carnegie Mellon University and master's from California College of the Arts.
She consults for software and financial service companies on topics including consumer privacy, designing for trust, and data-sharing.
